What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

It depends on your purchase.
We do not currently offer flat-rate shipping for print purchases. You will be able to calculate your shipping costs in the checkout process. Of course digital and remote services incur no delivery charges.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept VISA, Mastercard Powered by STRIPE. For on-site sales, we use SQUARE which also allows us to accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and CASH. We do not accept PayPal and will not be accepting PayPal in the foreseeable future due to its deceptive and predatory practices against small businesses.

How long will delivery take?

It truly depends on what you ordered. Our printed items may take up to 5-7 business days, handmade items (depending on the item) could take from 5-30 days, digital products are delivered within an hour of purchase, readings are from 24-72hrs. We’ll make sure to give you a shout if we forsee any delays.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is absolutely protected. We do not store any of your payment information on our server. We can’t even see your information when you save a card to your account for easy purchasing. All of our payments are handled by STRIPE which is PCI Compliant and secure as a lady wearing blue lipstick and matching mermaid cut bell-bottomed pants!

What exactly happens after ordering?

For regular or printed orders,
your order is sent for processing and fullfiment. You will be updated with tracking information, exceptions, and inventory alerts if necessary.
For personalized, handmade orders and readings, you will be contacted within 24hrs so we can get the information we need to get your order fullfilled.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will not recieve an invoice on regular orders, you will promptly receive an emailed receipt (keep that in a safe place!) If you purchase items that require a deposit or payments, you will receive an invoice/reminder after your first immediate payment when the due date for your follow up payments nears.
